RFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024: Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) is a joint venture company formed by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL), and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) with a 2200 MT per day natural gas-based ammonia and 3850 MT per day Neem-coated urea plant at Ramagundam in Peddapalli District in Telangana. RCFL has released the latest notification for the recruitment of management trainees. RFCL has one of the greatest compensation packages in the fertilizer sector. Selected applicants will be assigned the minimum Basic Pay in the E-1 pay range (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000). Candidates who successfully complete the training term and meet the necessary criteria will be considered for regularization as Engineer/Officer in the E-1 pay bracket with one increment.
Exam Pattern Of RFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of two parts: discipline-related and aptitude-related. The test will be in both Hindi and English. The test will last two hours (120 minutes). The total number of questions will be 150, each worth one mark, with 100 questions drawn from a mix of course curriculum and qualifying minimum educational qualifications as applicable to each post and discipline, and 50 questions drawn from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge/Awareness. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. The domain topic test level will be equivalent to the minimum educational qualification required for each job.
