Tanishka Yadav bagged 01 all-India rank in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2023 by scoring 715 marks out of 720.
I had a clear goal in mind of doing well in NEET UG and board exams were secondary. I used to devote the maximum time to physics as I found it a little challenging at the beginning of my preparation.
For physics, I found USS Errorless Book and BM Sharma very useful, while for chemistry, my coaching modules and for physical chemistry, I followed N Avasthi. For biology, I mainly focussed on NCERT
Have a very positive and optimistic attitude. There is no substitute for hard work. Practice as many question papers as you can. Do not take on additional stress. It is just an exam and must be treated as an exam.
I did get nervous on my NEET exam day. However, I only had one thing in mind – to answer the maximum number of correct questions.
Preparing for NEET UG and board exams together was a little stressful but prioritising helped. My board exam result was a by-product of my NEET UG preparation.
