Roles And Responsibility in Job Vacancy In Nestle for Sales and Marketing Team

Reporting to the Regional Manager for IT Marketing, Sales & eBusiness, responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contributes to IT strategy with guidance from the primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Manager. Works on refining the product strategy by gradually improving the product, supporting both the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager.
  • Analyzes, documents, and tests program development, logic, process flows, and specifications. Develops training materials for the product area and conducts training sessions for end users, deployment, and support teams.
  • Creates business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, covering product introduction, specifications, and change management to maximize adoption and value.
  • Identifies gaps in current functions, suggests improvements, and explores opportunities for process automation.
  • Responsible for recognizing security and compliance needs, along with associated roles, in business processes, ensuring they are incorporated into the solution design.
  • Collaborates with business and IT to gather, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IT requirements.
  • Engages with business partners in paper-based design, solutioning sessions, and MVP testing throughout the lifecycle from business demand to value delivery.
  • Identifies gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation. 
  • Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensures they are considered in the solution design. 
  • Partners with business and IT to elicit, analyse, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IT requirements. 
  • Works with business partners to conduct paper-based design, solutioning sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery.
